		<description>These are amazing! I planted a purple &quot;head&quot; of flowering kale in the fall.  The blanket of early snow in upstate NY covered this hardy plant.  Right now 3/16/09 the plant is two feet tall with yellow flowers!  It&#039;s gorgeous!

The bottom of the stalk is about 6 inches out of the ground and the whole plant leans to the side.  How do I take care of this gem?  I have two thumbs and neither is green!
